Benefit Gimme Brow* £17.50
If you haven't already then go and read about
Brow Arch March to find out the amazing things happening this month with Benefit and Debenhams to raise money and awareness for the charity Look Good Feel Better. The first time I heard about the new
Benefit Gimme Brow I began lusting after it and the need to try it grew bigger every day, you can imagine how loudly I squealed when it hit my doorstep! I've said it before but eyebrows are such an important part of make up in, they can completely change the way a face looks.
Gimme Brow is a brow-volumising fiber gel that is water resistant, long lasting, natural looking and buildable. I first thought it would work wonders for those with Cara Delevingne style brows but little for those of us that aren't so blessed, oh how wrong I was! Gimme Brow has a tiny brush is the perfect size and works really well to comb through brows without making a mess and evenly distributes the gel. The formula is *amazing*. It's literally like 'brows in a tube'!
Gimme Brow combs through each individual hair and leaves you with instantly fuller and thicker looking brows. It tints, combs through, thickens, defines, volumises and sets the brows in place, everything you could want! It does all this very quickly and still looks really natural. It also doesn't budge all day til you take your make up off!
If you love a more natural look or have thicker brows then this is all you need. I like using this after filling my brows in with powder as it sets them in place and makes them look '3D' and fuller (if that makes sense!) However I am embracing the natural brow look and have been really enjoying using just this to make my brows look thicker but not too 'done'. I am full on in love with this, you have to go have a look the next time you pass a Benefit Counter!
Gimme Brow comes in Light/Medium and Medium/Deep, both are pretty universal shades and should suit most unless you have very fair brows. Both shades work really well for me. At £17.50 it isn't the cheapest but you need the smallest amount, you could get a good 2-3 months minimum out of the tube. I really think it's worth the investment whether brows are a big part of your make up routine or not. It's my current make up obsession!
