Review | Natural Collection Peach Melba Blush

Hi lovelies!
I am sorry for the lack of blog posts recently, I am currently swamped with revision and shifts at Debenhams, so have not had much free time.
I have however done a fair bit of shopping recently, and plan to review and show you everything I have bought.

In Boots recently I picked up 3 Natural Collection products for £5, bargain!
I have heard a lot of good and bad about this blush and wanted to try it myself.
Especially considering that is the same name as my favourite Barry M nail varnish.

For £1.99 I love this blush. I have only ever used Natural Collection lipsticks before, but I get on really well with them so expected a lot of the blush.

I actually quite like the packaging, it does look fairly cheap, but it also looks clean and you can easily see the shade of the blush. The blush is really pigmented for a cheaper brand and has a nice matte finish. It goes on really well with my Real Techniques Contour Brush (another new purchase, oops)
A small swipe gives a lovely healthy glow with a peach coral colour.
I have tested this during the recent warm weather and it has lasted very well. After travelling on public transport and working five hour shifts at work my make up and this blush were still in place.

I genuinely really recommend this blush and will be restocking as soon as it starts to run out, and the amount I have been reaching for this recently I fear I will need a new one soon! It is easily wearable for light to medium skin tones and the matte finish is actually flattering.

Have you tried this blush or any other shades from the Boots Natural Collection range?

My giveaway is still up and running here until June 10th!

Review | Tangle Teezer

Washing my frizzy and horrid mane of hair is something I dread because of the pain that comes with trying to brush it after. Without sounding pathetic, brushing my wet tangled hair is a difficult task that hurts and breaks my hair.

I saw the Tangle Teezer first on Dragons Den but did not really believe it would work as described.
I have wanted this for a long time, but I was not sure if I actually needed it.
I found the pink version on Amazon for £8.15 with free delivery, could not say no to that really!

My hair is thick, frizzy and a nightmare to brush. But this glides through my hair.
It has halved the time it takes to brush my hair when wet and it does not tug or pull painfully.

The teeth of the brush are all different lengths and are flexible... the "science"part.
I do not really understand how it works but I have not used any other hairbrush since I have got this.
I have had it for a week and have fallen in love.
My hair feels softer and is a lot easier to manage. It does not feel like it is breaking the ends of my hair, which normal brushes do!

Tangle Teezer's come in a variety of colours and there are even sparkly ones.
They also have compact ones for handbags which I might just have to invest in.
Using this and Miracle Mist has improved my hair massively in such a short time!

Have you got a Tangle Teezer?

Much love,

Delilah Dust - Peace Bracelet

A couple of weeks ago I purchased a really cute bracelet from an Etsy shop called Delilah Dust.
I wanted to show you the pictures because the way it was presented  and the bracelet was so lovely!
My bracelet arrived really quick and I was impressed with the packaging too.

Delilah Dust has some really sweet handmade items.
I recommend this shop to anyone looking for delicate individual items and I will definitely be buying more from the shop.

I am thinking of holding a giveaway on my blog in the next week or so if I reach 50 followers.
I did not think I would get one follower so to almost be at 50 is incredible so I was wondering if celebrating with a small giveaway would be something that you lovely readers would be interested in?

Review | VO5 Miracle Mist

My hair is in SUCH bad condition.
I used to dye my hair and I put heat on it very frequently so the ends are very dry and damaged.
My hair is frizzy and needs to be tamed in the mornings.

I seriously need to face my fears and get it cut, but I hate the hairdressers. I do not like awkward social situations or having to stare at myself in the mirror for ages, plus I am never happy with the result...

(Thought I would let you know my hair type before I tell you about Miracle Mist)

Firstly I absolutely love the smell of this, some may find it off putting, but it is similar to products you find in a salon. There is a hint of coconut too I think.

"Give your hair a real treat with this fabulous lightweight leave in conditioning spray. With our famous 5 natural oils and extract of Satin Silk our Miracle Mist will give you lightweight moisturisation, improve manageability, help protect your hair from heat damage and give you smooth, soft and shiny locks."

I really like this product. I have not used a leave in conditioner before, but this really did improve the condition of my hair.
It helped my ends become less brittle when spritzed onto dry hair and made my hair generally less frizzy and a lot shinier. It makes it easier to style my hair and perks it up when I apply a few sprays in the morning.

I am really enjoying this and really recommend it!
I purchased this for about £4 from Superdrug, fairly reasonable for the amount as only a little is needed.

Much love,
